Jacob:  Tenor/High Baritone.  Old Man, sorrowful from his loss; moves with the weight of age upon him
Joseph:  Tenor.  Early 20's.  Charismatic, confident.  Major role.
Benjamin:  Tenor? (may be non-singing).  Late teens.  An adolescent.  Innocent.  Could be cast as a non-singing role.
Reuben:  Tenor.  Late 30's-young 40's.  More mature than other brothers.  Much choral work.
